Faskil | August 26, 2008Ok, here’s some sort of a special one. I was browsing my “archives” yesterday and decided to grab a few of my older tracks and put together a compilation. Be aware though, these tracks are mostly very old stuff I did back in the days when I was producing music with my friend El Borbah under the Bump & Grind alias. So it’s mainly downtempo stuff, electronica bleeps & blops. Nothing in the progressive house area.
But I thought some of you might actually enjoy it. In any case, it’s free, so grab it, and if you don’t feel it, just throw it away. On the other hand, if you do like it, feel free to make a donation using the PayPal button down in the sidebar. Though I insist: you absolutely don’t have to. :)

A really surprising and fresh EP.
I was already a fan of many of your production, from dj sets to the latests progressive tracks (cant wait for Crappy Morning’s and Silly’s release ^^), and those tracks are so far away from what you’re doing now, that i was wondering if I was listening the right playlist.
After listening it some times now, i can say that i love it. It’s like diving into the OST of sort of dark and mysterious movie. The downtempo of the first tracks contributes to create a nice, calm ambient (Bard, Me & You & C -damn i love this one -, Dar Es), when Bring That Bass Back took me by surprise. The second half of the EP is just as good as the first.
And next time, i’ll write my review in french and let Google Translate do the job for the english version, cause i cant express all i felt while i was listening to it.
